I personally believe the aim of Obama is right out of progressive socialist dreams for our Country that has been at work for decades.  For those progressives, certainly Obama is "the one" they have been waiting for.  As he said, he wants to transform America.  If not stopped, we and our descendents will live in a country unlike the one we have known.  The "economic" measures already taken are a page out of the Franklin Roosevelt era and other progressive attempts of the past. 

Our history (and the history of such follies elsewhere) tells us these measures do not work to release the talents, creativity and energy of our people, but do a pretty good job of establishing political power through government takeover by fiat and debt burden.  Government creates only government jobs -- don't forget that.  For certain, government growth (and, it is profound in this first year of Obama insanity) and public debt will be burdens for our children, grandchildren and theirs.   Truly, Obama and liberal Democrats are committing generational theft, as my friend John McCain has said, and in my opinion, destroying our country.

Only two ways to stop this -- at the ballot box overwhelmingly in November 2010 and again in 2012 -- eternal vigilance, or in ways not seen since 1776.  Make sure we chose the former and not the latter, and that depends on how much we each get involved.  Our free enterprise system is at stake.  Our very freedoms, our individualism, our personal choices, our sovereignty and our institutions are at stake.  Obama Team is clever, cynical and power hungry -- it is truly on a mission right out of the Saul Alinsky school (who is Saul Alinsky??  Read his writings, Rules for Radicals, please). 

We must pay attention to history. 

Please rally your friends and family to resist what is happening and what is coming.  It will be a full time job for you and them.  Sorta like my experience and those of my friends as POWs in Hanoi for many years -- we could not let up in our resistance, and we had only our integrity, beliefs, personal courage and our will to see us through.  Today, you and I have so much better circumstances in which to resist.

It is time we get on with it.  Get involved in the resistance and let's save this country.
